In line with carefully planned business objectives, CPUK have achieved Investors in People status and are Constructionline and CHAS accredited for major schemes in excess of £5 million. CPUK Ltd is committed to:

Provide a comprehensive induction programme.
Provide training and development, where appropriate, to all employees.
Provide an annual staff development review/appraisal for individual employees which includes a meeting with the appropriate line manager.
Provide a Personal Development Plan which links to the staff development review/appraisal and which is reviewed periodically throughout the year.
